In celebration of July’s theme month on Gronda, dedicated to ice cream, I decided to do something special for those of you who follow me passionately. I would like to get to know better all of you who are inspired by my creations every day, replicate them, and evolve them with new ideas.
Therefore, I thought of raffling off two annual Gronda Pro subscriptions.
What do you find on Gronda?
It doesn’t matter if you are an established chef or just an enthusiast: Gronda, for those who don’t know it yet, is an amazing platform that gives you access to thousands of professional recipes, innovative cooking techniques and ideas directly from top international chefs.
Gronda is a fantastic resource, which I myself use to share my recipes and get inspiration.
July is the month of ice cream on Gronda!
On my chef-page on Gronda you will find many of my most beloved creations, from the most original gastronomic offerings such as Carbonara gastronomic ice cream, CBT tomato umami ice cream, or unusual pairings such as the burrata and dashi ice cream I just proposed at the recent four-handed dinner with chef Ivan Capo of Weisses Rössli in Zurich.
But since the theme of the month is ice cream, here is a small sampling of my freshest and most surprising creations.

I will personally read all your answers, and I will award the 2 people who have shown the most determination, creativity and passion in their motivations.
