No. Anyone can leave feedback or propose an idea. If you don’t have the book, take advantage of this page to find out how the project works.
How do you choose the recipes to publish?
Each month we select a few requests and, if they make sense in the book’s path, we balance them, test them when necessary, and publish them in new editions of the Gelato Project.
Will I receive a response to my request?
Yes, we try to respond to everyone, even if only for a thank you. Some ideas become real recipes, others serve as inspiration for new experiments.
Can I see recipes that others have requested?
Of course! You can always check the backlog of everything I’m working on from this page in total transparency!
I have a technical doubt about a recipe, can I post it here?
Absolutely. The more specific the feedback, the more we can help you and enrich the project.
