The Gelato Project is a unique ice cream recipe book because it is constantly evolving. Buyers have access to the current version and can influence future editions by providing feedback and recipe requests. Currently, the ebook has 275 recipes + 3 signature recipes for over 320 pages of content. The book offers recipes for a wide range of ice creams, including classic ice creams, creative gastronomic variations, alcoholic ice creams, hypoglycemic and lactose-free options, as well as providing information on the ingredients needed and how to source them.
