
Price and Functions
BilanciaLi is available in three versions: Basic, Studio and Gold.
The logic is simple: there is no “right” version for everyone, but the one best suited to the way you want to work. Basic is designed for those beginning to balance ice creams and sorbets at home, Studio for those who want to experiment more, save recipes and build their own personal archive, Gold for those seeking maximum technical control over recipe, temperature, food cost, freezing curve and recipe management.
All versions include the file in Italian and English and work with Microsoft Excel on Windows or Mac, with macros enabled. BilanciaLi is not a monthly subscription: you buy the file once, can continue to use it on your computer, and have access to downloads, updates, and support for 1 year.
