Whether you’re a professional ice cream maker or a simple gelato passionate, BilanciaLi is the right solution for you: you can change the balancing parameters, add your own ingredients, neutrals and bases.
Configurable
More than 200 ingredients are available in BilanciaLi, including dairy products, sugars, fruits, neutrals, spirits and main ingredients.
The list can be extended in an easy way: just go to the food table and fill in the empty boxes with your ingredients.
Useful Functionalities
In addition to the core balancing functionalities, BilanciaLi provides an indicative calculation of the ice cream calories, information on the serving temperature and the weight of the ice cream with overrun (configurable).
No Installation Required
With this balancer there is no need to install softwares!
BilanciaLi is developed with Microsoft Excel and is compatible with Microsoft Office 2007 and higher versions (Windows and Mac).
